FLB Architecture & Planning, Inc. is a land planning and architectural design corporation offering professional services to clients throughout New England. The firm has evolved since its founding in 1965 to the present FLB Architecture & Planning, Inc., established in 2000.
Philosophy
FLB Architecture & Planning, Inc. recognizes its professional responsibility to develop creative, innovative design solutions which are sensitive to the client's program of requirements and budget. FLB Architecture & Planning, Inc. strives to produce cost effective and energy efficient designs.
Attention to detail is critical to any project. At FLB Architecture & Planning, Inc., a principal of the firm is directly involved in every project to supervise the progress of the design process and communicate with the client through each phase of the work.
History
The firm has evolved since its founding in 1965 to the present FLB Architecture & Planning, Inc., established in 2000. Between 1965 and the present, the firm has included:
- Lawrence Frazier, Architect
- Frazier & Vigneau Architects
- Frazier, Lamson & Budlong, PC
- FLB Architecture & Planning, Inc.
During those more than six decades, the firm had maintained an office in East Hartford and has worked to establish long-term relationships with all of its clients. The office moved to Manchester in 2022.
With nearly 100 years of professional experience, the principals of the firm bring an extensive knowledge base to every project that it undertakes on behalf of its clients. FLB Architecture & Planning has consistently focused its efforts on projects within the Central Connecticut area allowing it to establish excellent long-term relationships with the administrative staffs of most of the towns and the land use agencies of those towns.
We are licensed in Connecticut. In addition the principals are certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards which allows them to obtain licenses in nearly every state in the United States.
